Connecting with your spirit team.

Each of us has a spiritual team that has supported our Soul for many lifetimes, sometimes from the beginning of the birth of our Soul. Their objective and aim is to guide us in this lifetime to fulfill our soul contract and to guide us towards ascension.

Our spiritual team can be made up of many different light beings; angels, Archangels, Reiki guides, star races, ancestors, goddesses and mythical beings of light. The importance is not so much in “who” they are, but more in the trust that we have for them and their guidance.

So, how does Reiki support us in accessing our guides?

You have probably felt during times when you have either been practicing Reiki on yourself, on a recipient or receiving Reiki, that it has felt as though you are not alone in the room. Common experiences can include; feeling as though there is an extra set of hands on your body, the sense that there is another person standing in the room, or even seeing a guide during your session. Remember, we are never on our own during Reiki sessions, we are always being supported in the healing.

When we practice Reiki, both on ourselves and on others, we are raising our vibration to that of unconditional love. By raising your vibration to this higher frequency, you are allowing yourself to be more open to these light-beings, as they too vibrate at this super high vibration.
